For Government, Institutions & Non-profit

PECO has energy efficient solutions specifically designed to serve your unique needs. In addition to qualifying for equipment incentives that include street and traffic lighting, you can also take advantage of our technical assistance program and comprehensive energy audits to help you get started. Incentives from PECO could cover 50% of the cost of the audit, up to $10,000 when changes are implemented.

Multi-Tenant Program

If you are a resident in or an owner/property manager of a master-metered, multi-tenant facility in the PECO service territory, incentives also are available to you. Please use the appropriate multi-tenant application:

• Resident in a master metered, multi-tenant facility (PDF) (Excel).
• Owner/property manager of a master metered, multi-tenant facility (coming soon).

Master Metered Facility: A building with multiple tenants whose entire electric service from PECO is measured in one location and billed directly to the property owner or manager.

Multi-Tenant Facility: A building which contains multiple individual residences or businesses, that receive their electric service through one meter and individual tenants are not billed directly by PECO.

Residential End Use: Electric consumed by a private residential dwelling
